Lodging
All players will be provided free dormatory type lodging at TTC Hostel DLW Varanasi. Other accompanying players will have to pay Rs400/-
Players are requested to bring their chess clocks.

First Trophy + Rs11000/- Second Trophy +Rs7000/-
Third Trophy + 5000/- Fourth Medal+Rs4000/-
Fifth Medal+Rs3000/- Sixth Medal+Rs2000/-
Those getting seventh to 60th position will also get cash prizes.

Top three boys u-11 and girls u-11
Top three boys u-14 and girls u-14
Top five women players
One prize each for veteran and youngest participant.
Three trophies will be given to schools whose students perform best.
School having largest entries will also get trophy.
Entry Fee Rs350/- per player till 24/12/2010. After that a late fee of Rs100/ will also be charged.

Tournament System It will follow latest FIDE rules for swiss tournaments with usual tie-break system.
Each playing session will be of 4 hours. Clocks can be introduced at any time. Protest fee Rs500/- . Apeal committee's / chief arbiter's decission will will be fianal and binding. Protest fee regading age dispute is Rs1000/-( non refundable). Players claiming age prizes must give age proof.
Important Players must be preset for PD. Organisers have right to accept / reject any entry without giving any reason. Smoking / drinking is prohibitted in tournament hall / and lodging area.
Players must be registered with UPCSA and those of Varanasi with VDCSA. Those unregistered must bring 5 copies of photographs and pay Rs100/- for UPCSA and Rs50/- for VDCSA on the spot registration.
